If you toss ..... it's our loss!
Copper Creek belongs to the Escrip Recycling program. This programis free and provides convenient locations for collecting laser and inkjet cartridges and used cell phones while raising funds for the school.
How the program works: collection bins clearly marked and accessible during normal business hours will be placed at a designated location. The location is at the Front Entry beside the Display Case. Acceptable cell phones, laser and ink jet cartridges typically include various sizes of the following brands: Nokia, Motorola, Ericsson, Qualcomm, HP, Canon, Sharp, Lexmark and more. We can receive a minimum of $1.60 on inkjet cartridges and up to $13.00 each on other items.
Did you know that every second of every day nine ink cartridges are thrown away? Help us turn this waste into cash! Plase donate your cell phones and cartridges by placing them in the collection bins. Simply drop off your items in the designated container and Escrip will pay us for each cartridge and cell phone collected.
Not only is this an easy way to raise funds, it also teaches our children valuable lessons about the variety of materials that can be recycled and it helps them develop life long patterns. Each cartridge thrown away at home or the workplace could be extra dollars for Copper Creek PTSA.
Please deposit any items that you are ready to throw away, and we encourage you to save these items over the summer and deposit them in August.
